The Eagle Group’s employees are eligible to receive a tuition rebate on any courses taken that relate to their work at the Eagle Group. If an employee is working toward a degree that is associated with their work, all courses required for that degree are eligible for tuition reimbursement, up to $3,000 annually. Reimbursement is for tuition only, and does not apply to books, laptops or other materials.
Employees of Eagle Alloy, Eagle CNC and Eagle Precision participate in Employee Stock Ownership Programs (ESOP). The Eagle Group’s ESOPs allow eligible employees to gain an ownership stake in the company without having to invest their own money upfront. When the company is profitable, a portion of those profits is contributed to a trust that purchases company stock for employees.
